Sunday Run Club
Sunday Run ClubThe purpose of the Run Club will be help everyone ‘get started’ or jump start their mileage and just to have friends to help along the way. We’ll meet Sundays at 9 AM in the STUDIO and go over the target distance and strategy. We’ll try to run outside as much as possible. On the really cold days, we’ll modify treadmill workouts so please dress accordingly. The only requirement for the club is that you give it your all- for YOU.

Total KnockOut 'TKO'Get your gloves on and join us in the STUDIO for this dynamic workout that incorporates fundamentals of boxing with bootcamp basics. This is a full-throttle workout inclusive of cardio, flexibility and strength moves. Your arms and legs will be working hard while you rev up your heart rate and keep it up throughout your workout.
OCR Bootcamp (Obstacle Course Racing)is a circuit training workout incorporating three circuits designed to keep cardiovascular the primary focus during the hour session. Bursts of high energy are thrown in some basic plyometrics and functional training. All exercises are scalable for Beginner to Advanced for each to achieve their desired goal.
Bootcamp Bootcamp incorporates the foundational movements of fitness in series of circuits that challenges you to be stronger each workout. When married to a motivational instructor and upbeat music, you'll reach new levels of endurance with your workout.
