The purpose of the Run Club is to help everyone ‘get started’ or jump start their weekly mileage and have friends to help along the way. We’ll meet Sunday’s at 9 AM in the STUDIO and go over the target distance and strategy. We’ll try to run outside as much as possible. On really cold days, we’ll modify treadmill workouts, so please dress accordingly. The only requirement for the club is that you give it your all – for YOU!
